Mandates vs Discretionary responsibilities
Hello All. Our Administrative Office has tasked every County department with completing an inventory of mandatory vs discretionary responsibilities. Have any of you undertaken this exercise, and if so would you mind sharing your results? I am happy to share ours with the group once it is complete.
